Seneca Real Estate Services (SRS) has successfully provided Public Affairs, Right of Way, Housing Programs and Workforce Development for over (30) years.  SRS is known locally and nationally as the consulting firm with a heart for the people and a mind for business.  Versed in complex processes that involved multi-disciplinary project elements, SRS focuses in understanding the project’s character and goals. SRS ensures that those affected by a project, understand that we serve as an effective and trusted intermediary between the affected parties and Client, striking that delicate balance between compassion and the need to comply with the regulations.

Our approach to projects is based on our knowledge and experience, and our passion for talking to people, and our good communication skills which are vital in the stages of any project.  

There are no two projects that are similar, but past project experience has provided guidance and understanding that early project planning, identifying project tasks and deliverables, implementing a quality control system, effective communication, excellent project performance, and a sequential outline and understanding of the scope of work are critical to a project’s success.  

SRS is a certified DBE/SBE/MBE/LSBE/UDBE/HUB-ZONE/Section 3.
