Seraphic Fire is an American non-profit vocal ensemble based in Coral Gables, Florida, founded in 2002 and led by its founder Patrick Dupre Quigley. The group focuses on concert performances that explore the breadth of history’s vocal repertoire, spanning both secular and sacred literature, and is known for dynamic, historically informed programming with a reputation for refined vocal and instrumental collaboration. Its activities include commissioning and premiering new works by American composers, contributing to a catalog of recordings released on its Seraphic Fire Media label, with several albums having reached classical charts and GRAMMY nominations for two releases. In addition to performance work, Seraphic Fire operates three core education programs: a Miami-area in-school elementary initiative, an in-residence two-year artist program at the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music, and an annual Professional Choral Institute staged at the Aspen Music Festival and School.
