Originally founded in 1980 as ServiceMaster Building Maintenance, by the end of our first year, we were cleaning over 100,000 square feet of commercial property in the Des Moines area. Today, ServiceMaster Green of Des Moines is the second largest ServiceMaster franchise in North America. Over 34 years after our founding, our company has expanded and now cleans over 10 million square feet of commercial buildings on a daily basis.
