Settlement Funding Group, LLC was founded by experienced legal, finance, and business professionals to provide clients with non-recourse lawsuit loans, lawsuit funding, and pre-settlement funds so attorneys have more time to negotiate the best possible settlement for their client's pending lawsuit or legal claim.

We provide interim funds for clients involved in litigation disputes, helping these clients cover impending debt on credit cards, mortgage/rent payments, medical bills, and other living expenses.

Our pre-settlement funding services relieve the pressure on clients to settle lawsuits early and help reduce the anxiety and financial strain that comes from lost or reduced wages or tapping into cash reserves.  The funds that we provide are non-recourse and repayment is secured through the settlement.

It's estimated that 10% to 30% of all plaintiffs face financial pressure at some point during the claims process. While attorneys may take a case on a contingent basis and advance related costs, there remains the prohibition against providing funds for living expenses, medical bills, and other necessary costs.
