Way back in 1997 George and Terri opened a humble vacuum and sewing supply store in Dickson TN, focused on top-notch customer service and quality service. There were many places that they could buy sewing machine parts from, but when it came to finding a compatible part, it was a real hassle even for sewing pros like them. In 2008, along with their son Jeremy, they decided to step into the online ecommerce market and began creating the largest online compatability matrix in the sewing industry.
