SFGG Rugby is a long-standing club in the spectator sports sector, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. It operates from a purpose-built facility on Treasure Island and fields teams across youth and adult levels, including U8–U14, high school, and senior women and men. The club traces its roots to a 2001 merger of San Francisco and Golden Gate Rugby and has been based at Treasure Island since 2005. Its Elite men's team competes in the Pacific Rugby Premiership, having won the championship in 2014 and finished as runners-up in 2015.
