Public sector potential Established as one of Sweden's oldest family-owned contractors with a long history in quality craftsmanship and turnkey deliveries, Sh bygg, sten och anläggning AB serves both public and private clients, presenting opportunities for public sector renovation, infrastructure, and new build projects as they pursue ROT and total-entreprise formats.

Regional expansion With four offices in Uppsala, Stockholm, Enköping, and Västerås, there is potential to target regional municipal bids and private projects across central Sweden, leveraging local presence to win multi-site maintenance, upgrades, and new build assignments.

Broad service scope Six areas of expertise under one roof including ROT, new construction, concrete, asphalt, earthworks, stone, and garden landscaping enable cross-selling to clients undertaking complex projects, particularly where integrated delivery and ongoing maintenance are valued.

Tech-enabled operations Adoption of modern tools such as iCIMS, Zendesk, Microsoft 365 and Intune, plus analytics via Piwik PRO Core, indicates a foundation for streamlined sales processes, project management, customer service, and data-driven targeting for bids and client engagement.

Growth levers Current revenue under one million with 430 employees across a sizable workforce suggests capacity for larger contracts, but requires scalable bid processes and financial clarity to pursue bigger public-private partnerships, joint ventures, and consortium opportunities to boost turnover.
