After losing weight and feeling amazing (I finally found something that works 💪) I became a Health Coach to help others have the success that I have had on this program.  I give Hope to those that feel hopeless. You are never too old for this program.  It works for ages 13 to 99. I love helping people mentally,  emotionally,  physically, and financially. Besides the weight loss and getting healthy,  you gain so much more.  The biggest was my self esteem and confidence that I didn't even realize that is lost.
