Sharp Business Consulting Services, LLC, was founded in 2007 as a full-service clinical healthcare firm, specializing in the evolving field of resiliency and human performance. Through a keen and responsive focus on his customers, CEO Wayne Sims has expanded the company to over 20 full-time employees who fulfill several government contracts in the clinical healthcare field.  

Sharp's primary customer is the U.S. military, providing clinical healthcare professionals to the 193rd Brigade, 165th Brigade, and 171st Brigade at the U.S. Army Basic Combat Training Center of Excellence (USABCTCoE) in Fort Jackson, South Carolina. This support includes all management services and personnel required to support those brigades, the Physical Training Rehabilitation Program, Drill Sergeant School, Soldier Support Institute and the U.S. Army Chaplain Center and School. In addition, Sharp is the Prime contractor for the South Carolina Army National Guard providing Health and Wellness to Service Members, Service Members Families and Retirees for the entire State of South Carolina.

After a 25-year career in healthcare, medical services, and insurance, I founded Sharp Business Consulting Services, LLC, in 2007 to provide healthcare services in the evolving field of resiliency and human performance. Our primary customer's is the U.S. military (DoD) and South Carolina Army National Guard, for which we provide healthcare support at Fort Jackson and the entire State of South Carolina.  

I pride myself on being highly responsive to my customers. I personally ensure that Sharp meets every contract requirement on time and in a manner that makes the client fully confident in our services. Attentiveness and professionalism are traits that I developed as an owner and operator of an Allstate Insurance agency, as an experienced program manager, and as a risk professional.
