Since 1996, Shea+Latone has been providing clients an extensive range of product design, development, and engineering services. Our staff has experience servicing a global client base across a variety of industries including furniture, industrial, medical, and consumer product markets.

We can lead you through the entire process from creative brainstorming through production manufacturing. We also offer single services like designing a production fixture, testing a product, or prototyping an existing idea. Whether you are a designer looking to develop an idea, a manufacturing with the need for that next big product, or in need of supplementing your current staff we have services tailored to help you.

Our studio provides us with over 15,000 square feet for our design development, fabrication, and testing services. The building houses our office area—equipped with multiple CAD stations, software for non-linear FEA, 3D printing, and project scheduling software – and our prototype shop—outfitted with woodworking, metalworking, finishing, milling, and turning equipment. Our prototype shop can also rapid prototype foam parts for many seating applications. Our ISO 17025 compliant testing facility has over 20 stations for cycle and destructive testing.
