Shearwater Global operates in public relations and communications services, offering strategic guidance to help businesses engage with policy-makers and navigate evolving geopolitical and regulatory landscapes. Based in Brussels, Belgium, the firm draws on the founders' decades of experience in politics and public administration across Britain, Europe, Australia and the United States. By connecting business interests with policymakers, it aims to ensure policy goals can advance economic growth rather than stand apart from it.

Its client base comprises businesses, regulators, politicians and other actors who seek to influence policy at national and international levels, with involvement in British, European and global policy-making contexts. The firm has expanded its senior leadership, hiring Lowri Evans as Senior Advisor in March 2021, Charles Stewart-Smith as Senior Advisor in April 2022, and Toby as Director of Communication and Marketing in January 2021.
