Shelby Funding LLC is a Florida limited liability company that specializes in originating, underwriting, funding and servicing short term or bridge commercial real estate loans.

Based on our experience we've learned that success requires focus. At Shelby Funding we have decided to focus our expertise in 2 areas of commercial real estate bridge financing:
 
1. Commercial real estate acquisition financing to foreign nationals (subject to compliance with Federal and State law), and 

2. Providing foreclosure acquisition financing for professional residential real estate investors in in South Florida. Our borrowers would prefer to borrow part of the acquisition funds on a short-term basis when they win a bid at foreclosure than give up equity and control (not to mention micro-management) to a partner.

Shelby Funding’s co-founders each have more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate business including loan originations, loan closings, workouts and restructures, loan enforcement and bankruptcies, property acquisitions and dispositions, property management, leasing, property development and operations. As seasoned real estate professionals, the principals have experienced one or more real estate cycles and have acquired the wisdom and creative structuring that can only be garnered by being active participants in real estate markets going from boom to bust and back again.
