Our founder, Terry Dougall established Dougall Design Associates in 1988 and quickly set the tone for luxurious shopping with The Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace that is still a top-grossing shopping center in the United States. In 2008 the company was restructured into the current partnership of Shema Dougall Design Associates.
