Sheridan Medical  Group (SMG) is a Primary Care group that provides care to patients of all ages. SMG has been applying integrative, interdisciplinary principles of care for 14 years. The team at SMG follows an evidence-based, research-driven approach and has attained a level-3 status as a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH). The five fundamental components of health and well-being for all people are: diet, fitness/ movement, sleep, psycho-social-emotional  and pharmacology. These are all addressed with the guidance of the seasoned physicians at Sheridan Medical Group in partnership with their patients. Flat organizational structure within the organization promotes collaboration within the team. Workshops focused on patients’ well being are offered at SMG. Sheridan Medical is innovative  in the way  health care is delivered  and in the way medicine has evolved as a business.
