Sherpa Foods currently makes and sells "Tsampa"​ Cereals and Snacks under the Peak Sherpa brand. Tsampa is a nutritious ancient whole grain cereal that is delicious and provides lasting energy. Tsampa is made from sprouted and roasted barley, so it’s naturally high in dietary fiber and beta-glucan.  Sherpa Foods uses traditional methods when preparing its Tsampa, including ancient sprouting and roasting techniques. This unique method produces a nutritious whole food with a special wholesome nutty flavor.
