Nestled in a secluded Cotswold valley near Tetbury, Shipton Mill has been producing flour on the same site since the time of the Domesday Book. Today, we continue that legacy with integrity and purpose - milling exceptional organic and speciality flours using time-honoured methods and the finest grains.
