SHOEBALOO, a company founded by the entrepreneur Hartog Streim in Amsterdam, has built a reputation as the foremost source of high end designer footwear, bags and accessories in the Netherlands and beyond. 

The SHOEBALOO success story started in the early seventies, with a small store in the infamous Jordaan area in the city centre of Amsterdam, when selling the popular Spanish boots ‘Botas Camperos’. With a growing fashion clientele, the company decided to relocate in 1983 by opening a store at the Koningsplein, Amsterdam, selling solely men’s shoes. In less than a decade a second store was opened in 1991 in the high end designer shopping street the P.C. Hooftstraat, Amsterdam. The P.C. Hooftstraat the home of the most elegant and expensive shops, immediately set the high standard for SHOEBALOO, emphasizing on the international cutting-edge labels as Prada, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana
