The market place can be very confusing as it has a multitude of products each having its own coverages and limitations and with different costs for each. Just like the market place being confusing with many different products, we find that each client is unique in how they feel about insurance. Some want full or maximum coverage so that they have little at risk, others want coverage only for the larger losses and will assume more of the smaller risks themselves.

Purchasing insurance products online or through an 800 # can be a less than satisfying experience when a loss is experienced.
