Short Block Technologies, Inc. is a company based out of Clearwater, Florida. SBT was launched in 1997 when the owner saw a need to provide remanufactured PWC engines to individuals and dealers alike who were looking for a cost-effective way to rebuild an old engine. In 2002, SBT expanded their company and started to sell it’s own brand of parts including starters, pistons, gasket sets and the like. Today, SBT is the largest remanufacturer of PWC engines in the industry. Each SBT engine undergoes the same process. Only the block from the engine core is reused and the rest of the parts are new SBT branded parts. Every remanufactured engine that SBT builds comes with a one year fault-free warranty. Customers can upgrade to a “premium” package and get a two year fault-free warranty. The warranty that SBT provides gives customers the security of knowing that their engine will be replaced with no questions asked, regardless of the type of failure.
