SHP Group is family run business with a caring ethos to match, which has enabled the company to grow to become a leading fruit distributer to some of the country’s top retailers.
We built our reputation over seven decades importing, ripening and distributing high-quality bananas to UK markets. In recent years, we’ve added a variety of tropical fruits to our portfolio whilst expanding our range of value-added services. We’re unique in having our state-of-the-art ripening rooms, packing lines, multi-temperature-controlled warehouse and expert Quality Control teams, located at our two sites in the UK. Our business is now made up of three divisions - SHP Bananas, SHP Tropical and SHP Added Value Services.
