SIA of NC is a Master Agency of SIAA which offers support to independent insurance agencies. We provide access to insurance carriers and programs otherwise unavailable to agents that allow our members to compete with any size agency in a variety of personal and commercial markets. Our structure enables our partner agents to earn the best commission and excess compensation in the marketplace year in and year out. 

The roots of our agency date back to the mid-1970’s in Eastern North Carolina. Seashore Insurance and Associates started in a small building in Swansboro. The business then moved to Maysville, converting one of the oldest homes in Jones County into a business location. The agency later made a 15-mile move to Jacksonville, NC and changed its name to SIA Group. SIA Group employs more than 100 insurance professionals and writes over $100 million in premiums. SIA Group founded SIA of NC in 2000. SIA Group’s decades of experience are shared with our SIA of NC partner agencies. 

SIA of NC provides consultative and marketing support that enables our partners to grow their business and increase their value while retaining their independence. We mentor our partners from behind the scenes. You can lean on us and bounce ideas off us when you need help. We have your back!
