Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling the sales of H1B consultant on our own payroll 
Searching the requirement perfectly matching to the consultants
Posting the resumes of consultants in different job portals i.e. Dice, Monster, etc.
Negotiate bill rates with vendors.
Responsible for candidate recruitment to meet the staffing needs of the company's clients in US. The priorities of these efforts are market driven and set by management.
Experience of total recruitment lifecycle and have worked on Corp-2-Corp, 1099 and W2.
Involved in all areas of the full life cycle of technical recruiting indeed sourcing, screening, reference checks, negotiating offers etc.
Sourcing candidates through different job portals like Dice, Monster, etc and upload the final resumes
Handling Agency requirements independently finalizing the rates, submitting the candidate's profile.
Perform all recruiting functions needed to fill clients open job positions.
Internet Job posting, Internet resume search, internal company database leverage, and direct contact to possible candidates, interviewing the candidates, negotiating with the salary etc.
Maintaining of the database of candidates Interviewed for future usage
