Siebel Institute of Technology provides a broad range of brewing education, offering online and on-campus courses, programs, and training for careers in commercial brewing and related sciences. In addition to instruction, it delivers brewing consulting, research brewing, lab and yeast services, and sensory training products. With a history spanning 152 years, the institution has built a global alumni network across more than 60 countries. Its student base includes participants from breweries of varying sizes worldwide, who learn through exposure to diverse cultures, equipment, methods, and beer styles. In 2024, the institution partnered with the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation to offer two full-tuition brewing education scholarships. Based in Chicago, Illinois, the organization is planning to move its operations to Montreal, Quebec, effective January 1, 2026.
