Founded in 2011, Siegfried Engineering & Construction, LLC (SEC) is a Houston-based engineering and consulting firm established to deliver planning, design, and construction management services to public- and private-sector clients. As a DBE and HUB-Zone business, SEC works with city, county, state, and federal agencies to develop traffic & transportation design, construction engineering & Inspection (CEI), land development, and public works projects. Clients include TxDOT, City of Houston, Harris County, Montgomery County, HCTRA, and NTTA.

Founder and President, Robert Siegfried, offers over 34 years of experience in planning, engineering, and construction management. He earned a BSCE from the University of Houston and an MBA from Rice University.
