Started in 1949 with one small sawmill – today we employ over 6500 crew members and are one of the largest U.S. lumber producers. Any byproduct material is converted into electricity in our eight biomass-fueled power plants. Our Sierra Pacific Windows division crafts windows and doors at our 5 manufacturing plants from wood grown and harvested in our own forests. From planted seed to delivered window and door, we have a truly vertically integrated process.
