Sierra Repertory Theatre is a professional, nonprofit performing arts organization based in Sonora, California, in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. It produces a yearly season of plays, musicals, and concerts across two venues—the East Sonora Theatre and the Fallon House Theatre in Columbia State Historic Park. In addition to mainstage programming, the company offers an education program that serves youth and emerging artists through classes, workshops, student productions, and a touring initiative that brings professional theatre into local classrooms.

As a nonprofit in the performing arts sector, Sierra Rep seeks to present live theatre of high quality and contribute to the region's economy, arts, and culture. The organization supports a broad mission to develop the next generation of theatre makers and audiences through its education and outreach initiatives. In 2024, reports indicated that the Susanville Symphony acquired Sierra Repertory Theatre, Inc.
