SIFMA serves as the voice of the U.S. securities industry, uniting broker-dealers, investment banks, and asset managers to advocate for policies that support effective and resilient capital markets. Based in New York, with offices in Washington, D.C., it coordinates industry policy, promotes fair and orderly markets, and offers a forum for policy discussion and professional development while acting as the U.S. regional member of the Global Financial Markets Association.
