The organization has a stated mission to develop nurse leaders anywhere to improve healthcare everywhere and a vision of connected, empowered nurse leaders transforming global healthcare. It engages in educational collaborations and programs, including partnerships with Johnson & Johnson to advance disaster preparedness, the launch of free, accredited training, and hosting international conferences such as the International Nursing Research Congress and the Creating Healthy Work Environments conference.
