SIGN is a 501(c)(3) Humanitarian Aid Organization focusing on Orthopaedic Trauma Care. Our vision is "To Create Equality of Fracture Care Throughout the World". We work year round with more than 450 hospitals in 60 low- and middle-income countries. As of today, we have healed more than 450,000 patients with our orthopaedic implants which are given free of charge to patients in need. SIGN is also a first responder to disasters including the Indonesian Tsunami, Pakistan Earthquake and the Haitian Earthquakes.
