SIGN is a 501(c)(3) Humanitarian Aid Organization focusing on Orthopaedic Trauma Care. Our vision is "To Create Equality of Fracture Care Throughout the World"​.  We work year round with more than 450 hospitals in 60 low- and middle-income countries. As of today, we have healed more than 450,000 patients with our orthopaedic implants which are given free of charge to patients in need. SIGN is also a first responder to disasters including the Indonesian Tsunami, Pakistan Earthquake and the Haitian Earthquakes.
