Silicon Materials, Inc. is a silicon wafer manufacturer headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, USA.  Our manufacturing facility is located in Pinsk, Belarus.  There are sales offices in Reno, NV USA and Cupertino, CA, USA.  We therefore have four locations on two continents to serve our clients.

Producing semiconductor grade ingot and silicon wafers from virgin polysilicon makes Silicon Materials, Inc. an excellent partner for companies requiring high quality, consistent material supply, and excellent value.  Diameters offered are from 2" to 200mm.  All dopants are available.  Crystal orientations include but not limited to <100>, <111>, and <110>.  Thickness offered are 250um through 1800um.
