Silk Touch Cosmetic Surgery & Medspa is a medical aesthetics practice based in Boise, Idaho. It operates a combined surgical practice and medical spa from a modern facility on Eagle Road, housing both its surgical procedures and spa services. The center offers a broad array of cosmetic services aimed at body contouring, facial rejuvenation, injectables, and skin therapies. Its leadership features Dr. Brian Kerr, a board-certified anesthesiologist with cosmetic medicine experience dating to 1999, and Dr. Jason Nealy, who is triple-board certified in general surgery, facial cosmetic surgery, and cosmetic surgery.

With a mid-sized team, the practice serves patients pursuing both surgical and non-surgical aesthetic improvements within Idaho's medical aesthetics landscape. In August 2025, Silk Touch Med Spa partnered with the Boise Public Schools Foundation to support students as the new school year begins.
