The firm was formed in 2004 as a transactional practice to serve the legal needs of a select group of first-rate real estate property owners and developers. Today, Silverang,  Rosenzweig & Haltzman, LLC serves a wide range of real estate developers and entrepreneurs, REITs and other real estate companies, business professionals and lending institutions in all facets of real estate and other business matters with regard to both transactions and litigation practice, the latter by virtue of our adding a commercial and real estate litigation practice in 2010.
