The Product

-We sell the best carpet in the industry: carpets from Mohawk, Shaw, and Beaulieu.
-We carry solid and engineered hardwood from: Bruce, Armstrong (Hartco), Mohawk, Shaw, Mullican, and more.
-We have quality ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile.
-Most of our carpets carry a minimum 10 year manufacturers wear warranty
-Most of our hardwoods carry a 15 to 25 year finish warranty
-If you ever have a warranty related problem, we will work with the manufacturer on your behalf.

The Installation

-We use only competent, professional installers that meet our high quality standards.
-Most of our installers have been with us at least seven years, many have been with well over ten years.
-Our installation staff has over 200 years combined experience in the flooring business.  
-We do not cut corners by using cheap installation materials. We use only Mapei adhesives and tile setting products from Custom Building Products.  This insures that your floor will be beautiful for years to come.
-We personally walk each job to ensure that our rigid quality standards have been met.
-Your sales person will be in contact with you regularly during installation to ensure your complete satisfaction and address any questions or comments you may have.
