Dr. Simon has conducted over 500 workshops and speaking engagements on the topic and SAMC has worked with dozens of companies of all sizes that wish to apply Blue Ocean concepts and techniques to develop new strategies, preferably opening new markets and creating demand. Andrew Simon is a partner of SAMC. His expertise is in growing start-ups and has extensive experience having been a serial entrepreneur himself. He is also an Innovation Games trained facilitator and trainer and has conducted over 75 Innovation Games sessions with clients, consumers and businesses.
