Sirata Beach Resort & Conference Center is a family-owned hospitality property located on thirteen acres of private beachfront in St. Pete Beach, Florida. The resort offers 382 rooms, including 170 one-bedroom suites, and provides on-site amenities such as three pools, two whirlpools, a fitness center, and water sports, along with multiple dining options that operate across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Its target market appears to be travelers seeking a beach-focused destination experience as well as conference attendees, with on-site offerings and a dedicated events space implied by the inclusion of a conference center. The company positions itself within the hospitality industry as a Gulf of Mexico beachfront resort, operating under private ownership and serving guests and events in the St. Pete Beach area. Based in Florida, the property maintains a long-standing presence in the local market and has historically engaged in partnerships and leadership changes to support its operations, including notable leadership appointments in 2017 and a local-market partnership noted in 2020. A recent local-market collaboration is reflected in a 2019-2020 initiative with LocalShops1 to host a monthly Locals We Love Saturday Market at the resort.
