In other words, we help our partners open new "front doors"​ to their systems, and help them operate their existing front doors better.  

When defining patient access point strategy, intent is paramount.  Facilities can serve multiple needs for healthcare organizations as well as the patients that they serve.  Considerations include medical staff, service lines, patient population, accountable care, and just as importantly, how the facility is perceived by the payers. Our advice continues to be that patient access points must be tailored to the specific needs of each geography in order to successfully engage all stakeholders.
