Other unique properties include the site of the original Publix market, an arcade building from 1928 that now houses an artisanal cheese shop, and a multifamily community designed by award-winning, modernist architect Max Strang. The company supports local groups such as Main Street Winter Haven and the Winter Haven Economic Development Council. And the firm worked with Heartland Community Church to renovate a 34,000-square-foot space to accommodate the more than 1,000 people who attend services each week.
