Skillforce pays all employment taxes, workers compensation insurance, and benefits for employees and bills on an hourly basis for work performed. Skillforce personnel are available to our contractors for as long as they need them. Contractors are responsible to manage, direct, and control all Skillforce employees on-site. All man hours worked are verified and approved by the contractor. Skillforce personnel go through an extensive interview process to determine their skills and abilities to perform at the level our contractors require. All employees must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, all required tools and any applicable licenses. Background investigations and drug testing is available upon request. Skillforce only selects those individuals who are dependable and qualified. By partnering with Skillforce, contractors keep project deadlines and maintain profits.
