Skyline Developers is the New York division of Garden Homes Development, a private real estate company based in Short Hills, New Jersey.

Brothers Harry and Joseph Wilf established Garden Homes in 1954 when they began constructing single-family homes in New Jersey. Under the present leadership of Leonard, Zygmunt, Mark, Orin and Jonathan Wilf, the family has continued to develop single-family homes, condominium towers, rental apartment complexes, retail centers, office buildings and hotels.

Today, Garden Homes owns and manages in excess of 50,000 apartment units and over 25,000,000 square feet of retail centers, office buildings and hotels. With offices in New Jersey, New York, Florida and California and properties in over 37 states, Garden Homes is one of the largest builders of residential and commercial real estate in the United States. Focusing on special projects such as the first private school in the Wall Street area to one of the finest planned communities in California in La Jolla, San Diego; the Wilf Family continues to develop real estate with the intention of improving the community.
