Investment Criteria: • Buyouts, recapitalizations and growth equity investments • Control and minority ownership investments • Healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, business services, software/SaaS & eCommerce, consumer products, and food/beverage/agriculture companies • Invest $10 million to $100 million in equity, with significant flexibility to increase amount • Revenue of $10 million to $100 million or more, growing 10%+ per year • EBITDA of $2 million to $15 million or more, with 10%+ margins • Strong management team with track record of success • Large, growing market opportunity • Product or service with sustainable competitive differentiation/advantage • Diversified customer and supplier base • Recurring revenues • Low capital expenditures
