Skyline University College is a higher education institution based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, with a mid-sized staff. It participates in academic and research-related activities and has engaged in international partnerships and knowledge exchange, as evidenced by memoranda of understanding with other universities. These activities position the college within the regional higher education landscape as a collaborative learning community.

A notable development is that Horizon University College has been granted an institutional license by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to operate in higher education in Ajman, with the license noting that the rights and obligations formerly held by Skyline University College have been transferred to Horizon University College. This represents a formal shift of governance for the UAE-based higher education operation from Skyline to Horizon. SUC has a continuing record of partnerships and events, including collaboration with the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur in 2025, illustrating ongoing engagement with international academic networks.
