Our services are built around streamlining business functions, reducing exposure and risk, putting the best employment force in place, and creating a clear long-term direction for the company. Our practice is divided into three divisions: 

ACCOUNTING: we digitize the accounting process to simplify it, reduce costs and increase owner understanding of Financial Statements. We also assist companies with IRS, CA Employment Development Department and Board of Equalization issues.

FINANCE: we produce financial dashboards that put key performance indicators (KPI's) at the fingertips of decision-makers. These dashboards also allow owners to clearly see the budget and forecast we create for the business. 

HUMAN RESOURCES: performing a Human Resource audit, implementing Executive Search services, and helping companies get California Labor Law Compliant are our specialties.
