We teach and develop programs for loaded movement, the foundation for whole body health. We have 3 signature programs, delivered by the teachers, instructors, coaches, and cadre who have boots on the ground with students and professionals. We're here in support and shared accountability. 

The Fire Movement Program is for Fire Departments and Recruit Academies, to teach efficient, effective fire ground work. The School Movement Program is for K-12 School Districts, to give students the tools they need to be focused, poised, and productive. The Personal Movement Program is for all of us, to come together and learn the basic building blocks for lifelong stability and productivity.

The seeds of SLOMO were planted nearly a decade ago by Sarah Apgar, US Army Veteran, former volunteer firefighter, and two time All-American collegiate athlete,  and grew into a comprehensive curriculum in collaboration Bennie Wylie, Director of Sports Performance at the University of Southern California and world-renowned strength coach.

Today, SLOMO is a standard for personal and team training, accredited by the NSCA, NASM, ISSA, and ACE, and used around the world.
