SMART SERVICES, INC. is an EDGE Certified (#20934) multi-disciplinary consulting firm established in 1996. We specialize in surveying and right-of-way, environmental and permitting, traffic engineering and counts, and construction administration and observation services.  Our firm is incorporated in and authorized to do business in Ohio, and maintains two (2) offices, our headquarters in Newark and a branch office in Columbus. The goal of our firm is to provide quality service that exceeds the expectations of our clients. These expectations include competitive fees, meeting project schedules, and communicating with our client throughout the project. 

Smart Services provides services to public agencies, engineers, contractors, architects, developers, title agencies, and attorneys throughout Ohio and beyond.
