Smart Work Ethics provides a comprehensive and engaging curriculum for training youth and adults in workforce employability skills, often referred to as soft skills.  Business and industry continue to identify this skills gap as the single biggest challenge with today's workforce.

From making a good first impression to knowing what interpersonal skills are required, Smart Work Ethics participants become aware of what employers look for, look at, and measure when they hire and promote employees. Based on research in Emotional Intelligence, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, standard business and industry workplace requirements, and youth and adult education, the Smart Work Ethics program is not designed to just provide information, it is designed to change behavior.
