DENNY SANFORD PREMIER CENTER Opening September 2014, the 12,000-seat Denny Sanford PREMIER Center is adjacent to the current Arena and Convention Center, adding 30,000 square feet of flat floor space for a combined total of over 132,000 square feet within the entire complex. SIOUX FALLS ARENA AND CONVENTION CENTER A multipurpose facility, the 7,500-seat Sioux Falls Arena was constructed in 1961 with the Convention Center being added on in 1996 to serve all segments of an increasingly diverse market. Throughout the course of a calendar year, over 430,000 patrons visit the 8,000-seat Sioux Falls Arena for over 140 different events. Host to a multitude of exciting family shows and first-rate concerts, the Arena is also home to the Sioux Falls Storm and the Sioux Falls Stampede. The Sioux Falls Convention Center offers over 71,000 square feet of flexible meeting and exhibit space including a 16,800 square foot ballroom and 12 breakout rooms. Over 300 events on average each year are held at the Convention Center with 200,000 people annually attending events. ORPHEUM THEATER CENTER A distinctive and historically enhanced facility, the 684-seat Orpheum Theater was built in 1913 to serve as a venue for theatrical presentations in an inviting setting. The Anne Zabel Studio Theater and Classroom spaces were added to the facility in 2007.
