Smiles for Everyone Foundation is a small nonprofit organization focused on delivering free dental care to people in need in the United States and around the world. Based in Irvine, California, it supports one-day dental clinics and extensive dental makeovers for individuals who would otherwise lack access to care. The foundation has established international outposts in Paraguay, Thailand, Ghana, and Nicaragua to extend its reach.

Historically, the foundation's international efforts began with a 2011 mission trip to Asunción, Paraguay, funded by Smile Brands Inc., where dentists affiliated with the sponsor and company executives donated their time to provide care at orphanages and nutrition centers for about 300 people, mostly underprivileged children, and the team formed partnerships with local providers who continue to receive ongoing support from the foundation. In March 2026, Smiles for Everyone announced a collaboration with Liverpool to launch Little Smiles For Everyone, a program that aims to build family confidence around oral health and supervised toothbrushing, developed with local partners including the Liverpool City Council and the University of Liverpool.
