We provide training, subject matter expertise, consulting, contracting, subcontracting, and staff or skills augmentation for project management & controls, business, administration, and other project support services.  We specialize in project planning, project controls, and project analysis - this is what we do better than anyone else.  Specifically we specialize in earned value or performance and progress management, scheduling, and cost/schedule risk assessment.  We are experienced, customer oriented professionals.

Our core values are integrity, service, and professionalism.  Integrity is the most important attribute to our people and is valued more than even monetary considerations.  During a time when customer service has lagged in many areas, we pride ourselves on always taking care of our customer's needs.  This includes delivering 'bad' news on occasion when required, but with respect and sensitivity.  We seek out solutions, not issues.  Our goal is to serve.
