Its founding member, Jim Smith, began his legal career prosecuting crimes through the Berks County District Attorneys' Office nearly 15 years ago. Mr. Smith spent four years practicing civil litigation with a Reading-based law firm and in November 2005, began his own practice which has developed into the Smith Law Group, LLC.
