Snohomish County 911 (SNO911) provides 911 emergency communications and dispatch services for Snohomish County’s police and sheriff offices, fire departments, and EMS. Based in Everett, Washington, the organization was formed in 2018 through the consolidation of SNOPAC 911 and SNOCOM, creating a unified public-safety communications center for the county. It serves public-safety agencies across Snohomish County, linking responders to emergencies and coordinating dispatch operations. In 2025, SNO911 expanded its facilities to a brand-new, purpose-built location in Everett to support its operations. In May 2026, the organization launched two AI-enabled systems, CORA and AVA, to assist dispatchers in handling calls and coordinating responses.
